Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be received within 20 days of your order. Please email us first to start your return/exchange.

All items must be returned in their original condition, and box with your full name & order number. Please note, we cannot take liability for lost postage. If your order is not sent back via tracked and signed postage, the costs are not covered by Mdegbo for returns. 

We are Eco friendly here at MDEGBO, so all your order details will be emailed to you. All postage costs not covered in the original purchase will be deducted from the refund. 

Sale items & Sale discount code items are non-returnable. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet. First recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed by the banks. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mdegbo.comOnly . Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping       

To return your product, you should email at support@mdegbo.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
